Cancellation policy


1. OVERVIEW

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription, pre-order, or scheduled purchase options offered by Earthside LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

It explains your legal rights, how to cancel, and any applicable notice periods or fees.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

2. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

If you purchase a subscription plan for our products:

  • Free to Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us at contact@earthside.store.

  • Cut-Off for Next Shipment: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

  • Refunds: Once an order has been billed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. PRE-ORDERS

If you purchase a product as a pre-order:

  • You have the legal right to cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.

  • Once shipped, the standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.

  • If there is a significant delay (more than 30 days from the estimated dispatch date), you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. SCHEDULED PURCHASES / PAYMENT PLANS

If you select a scheduled payment option:

  • Payments will be taken automatically on the agreed dates.

  • You may cancel future scheduled payments at any time before the next payment date by contacting us.

  • Cancelling your payment plan may cancel any remaining scheduled shipments.

5. HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel any purchase option by:

  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription or pre-order settings

  • Emailing contact@earthside.store with your name, order number, and cancellation request

We will confirm your cancellation in writing (email confirmation).

6. REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

  • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive your first delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, including standard shipping costs, provided the goods are returned unused and in resaleable condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of return postage.
