Yes, our clothes are True to Size so if you want an oversized fit go one or two sizes up.

You must contact the customer service team, as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request where possible. We cannot be responsible for orders where the wrong or an incorrect address has been used.
We advise that you register for an account on earthside.store in advance of release days and check that your delivery address details are correct.
We also recommend that your delivery address details are checked on the order confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, further charges may be incurred to rectify incorrect address details.
How To Wash
Do NOT wash in hot water. We suggest washing in cooler water (around 30℃). Turn them inside out to protect any prints/embriodery.
The use of a dryer is not recommended to keep them in optimal condition however drying on low heat will cause little to no damage. Turn them inside out to protect any prints/embriodery. Do not dry-clean.
Shipping
Almost. We ship to most countries in the world. Some countries have introduced new customs regulations which do not allow packages to be sent to an individual's home address so we are unable to ship to these countries at this time. This currently includes Russia.
We are using Royal Mail within the UK and some EU territories.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days of the purchase date. For all orders, you will get a notification email when your package has commenced its dispatch journey. The tracking link provided should update within 24 hours of dispatch to allow you to track the progress of your package, track your parcel here. Following dispatch we expect all UK orders to arrive within 2-3 working days and all Non-UK orders to arrive with 6-12 working days. Sometimes during busy periods i.e. drops that sell out, dispatching time can take up to 10 days but this is rare.
